On February 1, 2012 seven K-9 units from Canton, Stoughton, Randolph, Quincy, Foxboro and the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office descended on the Blue Hills Regional High School their quarterly drug sweep of the school. BHR School Liaison Officer Patrolman Scott Connor states, " The dogs have been a great deterrent. The word is out that the BHR has an absolute zero tolerance policy on drugs." Officer Connor coordinates the sweep four times a year at random times, keeping the students on their toes at all times. The program continues to be a great success.
