In the early morning hours of Friday February 10, 2012,  CPD detectives, K-9 and SWAT executed warrants at a residence on Weathervane Road. Seven individuals were arrested on charges ranging from 'Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute' to 'Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.' A big congratulations to the CPD detective unit and SWAT team for a safe entry and arrest of all suspects without incident. Because of the hard work, determination, and professionalism of our officers, this potentially dangerous situation was resolved without incident and a gun was taken off the streets. Great Job!
